By utilizing the diagnostic services of CHD Pathologia, clients agree to the following operational standards:

• • Service Delivery: We provide cytological analysis and reporting in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards. While we strive for industry-leading turnaround times, these may vary based on clinical complexity (usually 5-10 working days).

  • Sample Integrity: Accurate results depend on the quality of the specimen provided. Please refer to our staff for standardized sampling protocols (also see Clinical Collection Guide).

  • Safety & Environment: In line with our ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, we require all biological samples to be transported in approved, leak-proof secondary packaging to ensure the safety of our couriers and laboratory staff.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our reports are intended for use by qualified medical professionals as one component of a clinical diagnosis.

  • Professional Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for workplace harassment, protecting our team under our ISO 45001 occupational health and safety framework.
